Gable arrives as The Hollywood Roosevelt prepares to celebrate its 100th anniversary. Named for one of the hotel’s most storied guests, Gable serves a menu inspired by the culture of Los Angeles.

The food is familiar, generous, and made with care. Every dish is cooked with intention, bringing simple ingredients and honest cooking to the center of the table.
